How long does delivery take?

Our standard delivery time is 2-3 working days, however, we do offer a next day delivery service. (Please ensure you order before 12am the day prior for next day delivery.)

Please note, we do not ship on weekends and bank holidays.

 

How much does delivery cost?

Our standard delivery cost is £2.99 whilst our next day delivery cost is £5.99.

 

Where does my tea/coffee come from?

Whilst we gather the finest coffee and tea from
around the world. All of our products are packaged and sent directly from the UK.

 

Where does my coffee machine come from?

We have imported these products from some of the
biggest coffee machine manufactuers from around the world and they are sent to you directly from the UK.

 

How do i check the status of my order?

You can track your order status in real time by checking the shipping confirmation email sent to you within 24 hours of your purchase.

 

Do you deliver products internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not at this time. We only deliver to the UK.

 

I've entered a wrong shipping address, can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we may be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our products are processed immediately after you order and shipped out the same day. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it.
